Pre-Construction Phase Services

Construction Phase Services

CSI monitors projects closely with special regard to project construction schedule changes and change order claims. We carefully review monthly progress billings and request that schedule changes be updated monthly to coincide with requisitions. Causes of any cost overruns and delays are determined and corrective action taken to avoid unnecessary change orders and schedule delays. CSI facilitates fair and reasonable solutions to inevitable conflicts of interest between our clients and various contractors through open dialog and cooperation. Finally, CSI will review and monitor the necessary steps in closing out the project.

Dispute Mediation/Litigation Support

CSI offers consultation and mediation services to clients that are experiencing problems with an ongoing construction project. CSI carefully reviews the problem at hand and facilitates solutions in conjunction with the owner, general contractor and the architect. CSI strives to avoid the cost and time of litigation. If litigation becomes necessary, CSI can provide expert analysis and testimony.
